Insurance
Please bring in your insurance card at your initial visit and we will verify your benefits.
We will file your insurance for you. As a courtesy to you, we will deduct your insurance amount from your balance after an initial down payment.
Professional care is provided to our patient, and not to an insurance company. Thus, the insurance company is responsible to the patient and the patient is responsible to the practice. We will help in every way we can in filing your claim and handling insurance questions from our office on your behalf. If, however, during the course of treatment your benefits change, the financially-responsible party is accountable for all charges.
